Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using uStroid ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Platform.

2. Description of Service

uStroid is a permissionless meme token launchpad built on the Ethereum blockchain. The Platform allows users to deploy ERC-20 tokens via an automated bonding curve mechanism and facilitates liquidity migration to Uniswap V3 upon reaching the graduation threshold. uStroid does not custody funds, issue securities, or provide investment advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
You are not located in a jurisdiction where using the Platform would be prohibited
You are not on any government sanctions or watchlist
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your wallet address. You agree not to:

Use the Platform to engage in illegal activity, market manipulation, or fraud
Deploy tokens designed to deceive or harm other users
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disable, or exploit the Platform's smart contracts maliciously
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Fees

The Platform charges a 0.01 ETH launch fee per token deployment and a 1% protocol fee on all bonding curve trades. These fees are non-refundable. Gas fees are separate and are paid directly to Ethereum validators.

6. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens launched on uStroid are not securities and are not investments. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds you interact with on the Platform.

7. Smart Contract Risk

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. While uStroid's contracts are audited, no smart contract is entirely free from bugs or exploits. You interact with the Platform at your own risk. uStroid is not liable for any losses resulting from smart contract vulnerabilities, oracle failures, or network congestion.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. uStroid does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uStroid and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

uStroid reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced on our official channels.
