Risk Disclosure

Last updated: May 4, 2026

Important: Participating in meme token launches involves significant financial risk. You may lose all funds you invest. This disclosure does not constitute financial advice. Do your own research (DYOR) before interacting with any token on this Platform.

1. Total Loss of Capital

Tokens launched on uStroid have no guaranteed value. Their price is determined entirely by market demand on the bonding curve. The value of any token can fall to zero at any time. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose completely.

2. Meme Token Volatility

Meme tokens are among the most volatile assets in existence. Prices can move 90%+ in either direction within minutes. There are no circuit breakers, trading halts, or price limits. Extreme volatility is expected and normal on this Platform.

3. Liquidity Risk

Before a token reaches its $69K graduation threshold, liquidity exists only on the bonding curve. This means:

4. Smart Contract Risk

All transactions on uStroid interact with smart contracts deployed on the Ethereum blockchain. While these contracts have been audited, smart contracts can contain bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in partial or total loss of funds. Audits do not guarantee security.

5. Bonding Curve Mechanics

The bonding curve is a deterministic pricing mechanism. Early buyers pay lower prices; later buyers pay higher prices. If you buy early and a token does not attract further buyers, you may be unable to sell at a profit. There is no guarantee any token will reach the graduation threshold.

6. No Graduation Guarantee

The vast majority of meme tokens fail to reach their graduation threshold. If a token does not graduate to Uniswap V3, liquidity remains on the bonding curve indefinitely. There is no refund mechanism and no expiry.

7. Rug Pull and Creator Risk

While uStroid's bonding curve mechanism significantly reduces rug pull risk compared to traditional liquidity pools, creator allocations of up to 5% exist. Creators may sell their allocation at any time, which could negatively impact price. Always review the creator allocation before buying.

8. Regulatory Risk

The regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies and DeFi is rapidly evolving. Governments may introduce regulations that restrict or prohibit the use of platforms like uStroid. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

9. Network and Gas Risk

Ethereum network congestion can cause transactions to fail or to settle at significantly higher gas costs than estimated. Failed transactions may still incur gas fees. uStroid is not responsible for failed transactions or network-level issues.

10. No Insurance

Funds held in or transacted through uStroid are not insured by any government body, deposit protection scheme, or private insurer. In the event of loss, there is no recourse or recovery mechanism.

11. Tax Obligations

Trading tokens may trigger taxable events in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and meeting your tax obligations. uStroid does not provide tax advice or reporting.
