Last updated: May 4, 2026  ·  Effective immediately

1. Overview

uStroid ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. Because uStroid is a decentralized application (dApp), we collect minimal personal data.

2. Information We Collect

uStroid is a frontend-only application that interacts with Ethereum smart contracts. We do not operate a backend database or user authentication system. The following information may be processed:

3. Third-Party Services

The Platform interacts with the following third-party services:

4. Cookies

uStroid does not use tracking cookies. The Platform may store minimal data in your browser's localStorage to remember your wallet connection state. This data never leaves your device.

5. Blockchain Transparency

All on-chain interactions — token launches, buys, sells, and liquidity events — are permanently and publicly recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. We have no ability to delete or modify blockchain data. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this transparency.

6. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Platform, please contact us.

7. Data Retention

We do not store personal data on our servers. Any data held in your browser (e.g. localStorage) can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data. On-chain data is permanent and outside our control.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we hold no personal data, these rights are satisfied by default. For on-chain data, no mechanism exists to delete it — this is a property of all public blockchains.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
